Parts Delivery at Fixed Boxes.

Boxes or lockers are based at industrial areas throughout the countries.
Service engineers can choose a locker at the best suitable location, either
  • close to the residence of  the Field Service Engineer
  • in the vicinity of the business area in which the engieer operates
Based on a datafile of the zipcodes where your Engineers are located, we will provide a mapping of the best available locations. You and your FESs can make their choice.


The engineer gets a key of his / her locker.


During the night the locker will filled and repair items will be returned.

As a standard in Europe, normally before 7.00 AM the parts are available all over the country.


Per locker we provide an indication of the hour, the nightly exchange occurs. 

This encompass massive cost savings en productivity, because the Engineer can go strait to his first job.
Due to the daily exchange extra stocks in the car are not necessary anymore.
In general parts can be ordered up to 15.00 hrs and will be delivered the same night at your Engineers in Europe.


Parts Delivery to Variable Iboxes

In the UK we can offer a flexible solution for engineers to get the spares delivered at different locations, depending of the location the parts are needed, for example close to a hospital. You can send the spares to an Ibox close to your client. In a later stage of the day you select  the engineer to fix the job. The FSE will get a pincode to identify himself and fetch the parts from the locker. If an engineer is ill, hindered, or you need another engineer to get the job fixed, you can easily forward this FSE the codes to get access to the locker. Next there is a 24 hour support if your engineer might experience any trouble in the collection process.

Reverse logistics
Repair items and other material to be returned can be left behind in the locker.
